本设计是应浙江康盛股份有限公司的生产需要,为了满足实现大口径无缝钢管的拉拔减径工艺要求,根据公司实际生产条件及在现有拉拔减径机的基础上,提出了一个拉拔减径机的改造设计方案。在本篇设计中,改变了以往设计人员完成凭借经验的设计方法,对重要零部件及重要电机的设计选择提出了理论依据。其中,在对拉拔过程中力的控制方面,根据空拉管材的力学性能要求,进行了一些必要的计算;在冷却润滑系统中也做了重大改进,取得较好的效果。同时,根据客户对产品提出的技术参数指标,进行了一些重要结构和零部件的设计计算。在设计完成后,进行了整机制造装配,对整机进行了性能测试,满足了浙江康盛股份有限公司提出的工艺要求,达到预定设计目标。
