Abstract
This design analyze SCD type of chain conveyor clinker SCD630 trough plates of lateral plate structure manufaturability, and put forward the reasonable forming process. under the premise of mass production and big size, not need high accuracy, the determination of reasonable stamping process program, parts stamping mould structure, the direction and the process parameters, the cost and the production efficiency and quality of parts on all sides found a suitable. Select the suitable for mould processing and punchingmachines in mould design major parts of the parameters are calculated, the standard and nonstandard parameter selection, and indeed, after checking the parameter selection of parts processing, ensure safety, high efficiency. Finally on the working process of the mould, assembling and commissioning process were expounded.
