摘 要
介绍了当今塑料模具工业发展的状况,分析了充电器盖板的结构工艺性,研究了模具的整体结构,首先应用Moldflow软件对塑件进行浇口位置和填充分析,然后应用UG软件设计模具的三维模型,最后应用Moldflow软件对塑件进行流动、冷却和翘曲分析。发现通过设计合理的侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、推出机构,冷却系统和排气槽,可以有效的减少塑件上气穴、熔接痕、翘曲及凹陷等成型缺陷。结果表明,本文设计的模具结构较合理,可有效减少塑件的成型缺陷,得到高品质的塑件产品。

The Injection Mold Design of a Plastic Charger Cover
Abstract
This article reports the current development situation of the plastic molds industry. Analyze the structural processability of charger's cover. Study the overall structure of the mold. First, apply Moldflow to analyze the gate location and filling of the parts. Second, apply UG NX to design the 3D model of the injection mold. Final, apply Moldflow to analyze the flow, cool and warp of parts. Discover that through rational design of side core pulling, runner system, ejection mechanisms, cooling System and vents, the mold can effectively reduce the molding defects of air traps, weld lines, wrap and sinking on the parts. The result shows that, the rational mould structure of this article designs can effectively reduce the molding defects, and obtain high-quality plastic products.
