Abstract
Over the past 20 years, the Management Information System (MIS)’s application is fast developed. Especially in recent years, Internet / Intranet technology developed at very fast speed. That provides a good support environment for the establishment of MIS system.
In particular, with the transmition from yielding single kind of product to supplying the needs of global procurement markets in automotive components manufacturing enterprises, the increasing variations of auto parts have caused greater difficulties for product data management. As we all known, a great amount of information will be generated during the components producing process from making out a plan to storaging products. For the automotive components manufacturing enterprises, these data are difficult to use because of their complex connections, different sources, and diversified environments. Therefore it is really important for improving the compititiveness of a company to establish an effective management system of information.
Based on the components production management system, as well as the tradition depends on the experience not thoroughly to the workshop production control, the imperfect situation, designed a set to suit in this enterprise controls the system plan based on the MES production tube, including the software construction, the hardware construction, as well as the system overall structure, simultaneously proposed the system implementation as well as the movement flow.
