Its working principle is: the electromotor drives the reducer by the joint slack, the output shaft of the reducer not only drives the rotor, but also drives the implement of dialing material of the hopper. The concrete falls through the hopper into the material cavity of the rotor, when the rotor rotates, the compressed air blows into the material cavity, on the action of the compressed air, material is sent to muzzle through the elbow of output material and transportation tube, and sprayed out with water in the muzzle.
In the machine, the material cavity of the rotor is adopted a new style, such as trapeziform, roundness, multi-material cavities, it makes series of blowing, less spraying pulse.

Secondly according to the parameters of job specification, designs the main parts, such as three-level transmission of spur gears reducer, transportation tube, and rotor, and proofreads the stress of some upper request parts.
