I do race car ashtray design is to build single-cavity die design .This paper mainly introduces the main design process of the injecting mold . First plastic product is analyzed, including its material and shape size and so on. Then injection machine is chosen, as well as the mold concrete design, including several important parts: the number of the cavity, the dividing face, designing of the injecting system, cooling system, air supplement and platoon overflows system, the outing mechanism, the mechanism for taking out the core and so on. Its concrete size, shape and form design and the analysis of its performance are also carried on, especially analysis of designs of some important functional parts in this paper. Also the molding of plastic parts of the analysis of defects in a small summary and solution..Finally attainment and the mentality of the mould design are demonstrated.
