Abstract
This paper describes the design of symmetric transmission plate-cutting method and process. The design of symmetric transmission shears, shear-to 22 tons, the itinerary for the slider 80 mm and 30 times per minute. It applies of planar triangle method of calculating slider crank institution link the velocity and displacement of the slider、speed and acceleration ,Powered by the motor through a belt drive and a slowdown Gear. Design of the implementation agencies adopt crank mechanism, This will shears transmission rotation slider into the reciprocating linear motion, the realization of the right of sheet metal shear, then the dynamic and kinematics analysis of the implementing agencies .Crank slider is simple in structure, easy processing, easy to maintain and repair, economic and practical advantages in machinery, equipment widely used. The design passes through the plane crank slider’s dynamic and kinematics analysis and MATLAB programming, realizing the kinematics analysis of the implementing agencies .In addition, it introduces simple design of other parts.
