摘 要
本文主要讲述在液压系统设计中各方面的节能方法、要求,措施等。首先要知道为什么要在液压系统设计中实行节能措施,做这些措施有什么意义。本文主要从液压系统中液压能源能量的循环用、能量传送过程中如何减少损失和新液压能源的研究开发与利用。液压系统的转动原理,液压系统的组成,液压转动的特点,液压技术的应用等也做了相应的叙述。
液压系统的节能技术与途径,包括液压系统的基本节能途径和液压系统的调节控制节能技术。分析液压系统能量损失的原因,从液压系统的五大组成部分出发,介绍了几种相比而言高效率低能耗的节能措施,几种相对高效的节能元件,新型液压转动介质的应用,以及并展望它们的应用前景。并对液压系统与电子技术的结合,及其应用领域的扩大抱有极大的信心。
