金融危机对我国经济型酒店的负面影响及对策分析

        
摘  要：近年来，随着我国旅游业的不断发展，经济型饭店的规模和影响力不断扩大。然而，由于目前全球性的金融危机愈演愈烈，其对实体经济的影响越来越明显，因此，使得经济型饭店的发展也受到了一定的影响。
本文在论述金融危机下经济型饭店的发展状况的基础上，结合金融危机及经济型酒店的相关理论，具体分析了我国经济型饭店在目前状况下遇到的问题：需求总量减少；成本上升；顾客消费水平下降；企业融资趋于困难。并提出了相应的应对策略：开发新的客源市场；差异化经营；成本领先；培养回头客；强化行业管理。

Financial crisis on China's economy a negative                                                 impact on hotels and Countermeasures

                      
Abstract：In recent years, with the continuous development of China's tourism industry, economic-type hotel size and growing influence. However, due to the current global financial crisis intensified, and its impact on the real economy more and more obvious, therefore, the economic development of the hotel have also been affected to a certain extent.
    This article discusses the financial crisis in the economic development of the hotel based on the combination of financial crisis and economic theory hotels, a detailed analysis of China's economic-type hotel in the current state of problems: demand reduction; the cost of increased ; customers a reduction in the level of consumption; corporate finance become difficult. And the corresponding coping strategies: the development of new source markets; difference operation; cost leadership; cultivating repeat; the strengthening of sector management.
