本文从实际应用出发,采用了UML技术,提出了一个适合服装生产企业自身实情的信息化系统模型即订单管理系统,实现了企业对订单流程模式的全过程管理。
UML (United Model Language,统一建模语言)采用图形方式和基于面向对象的软件设计方式进行软件开发,可有效地解决软件开发人员与服装专业人员交流困难的问题,并可提高软件的复用程度和开发效率。本系统基于UML对按定单生产的服装企业生产调度系统进行建模,通过网络关键路径数学模型对订单型服装生产的交货期进行可靠的模拟预测,并根据异动适时的对流水线进行调整,最终保证订单交货期的最大满足。车间作业管理系统是企业生产管理的一个重要环节,是企业计划层和车间执行层的接口。在介绍了系统建模语言 UML 的基础上,讨论了车间作业管理系统建模过程中,使用 UML 语言进行系统建模的方法和步骤,并使用 Rational Rose 工具作为 UML 的集成建模环境。

Abstract
An information management system model based on the UML technology and the Situation of apparel manufacturing enterprises has been proposed. This system can control and monitor the whole process of apparel manufacturing, cutdown management time and cost,improve the management level of apparel enterprises.
As a valid assistant tool for OOP, United Model Language(UML) uses graph style based on classes as a design method,which can reduce communication barrier between soft-ware developers and clothing engineers and improve the re-use and efficiency in software developments. Object models of process unit and clothing process system are developed using UML in this paper. The model may predict completion time, and can find out the key route, adjust key route simultaneously according to the possible change, Guarantee the greatest satisfaction of delivery date of the order finally. Workshop operation management system (WOMS) is a crucial section of enterprise manufacture management and it is also the interface between enterprise planning system and executing system. The system modeling method and procedure based on UML during the WOMSmodeling process is discussed, and the modeling tool Rational Rose is used.
