With the rapid growth of China’s international contact, English as an international language becomes more and more important. Under such tendency, learning foreign language from a very young age gradually becomes a fashion, which is accepted by more educationists and parents. Therefore, more and more kindergartens split out the advertisement of“The bilingual education”,carries out so-called“The bilingual education”.However, because the developing bilingual education is still in the exploration and practice stage, lacking of a set of complete theory system to carry on the corresponding instruction. Therefore, taking the Guiyang Huaxiqu Government Kindergarten as an example, the thesis carries on an investigation on the teacher’ situation, the choice of teaching material and the teaching effect by questionnaire, inspection and participation. This thesis affirms the progress of bilingual education made by the kindergarten, as well as finding out some deficiency. For example, the language environment established is incomplete, the studies are consolidated incompletely, and children’s enthusiasm is still low. Referring to many studies, by comparing the bilingual teaching and English teaching, the thesis gives some corresponding countermeasures, hoping to help the bilingual education to be more effective and more suitable. Hope the thesis could help to enhance the development of children’s language and thinking and improve the understanding level, in order to promote the around development of child.
