The Research on Optimizing the Capital Structure of Listed Corporation
ABSRACT
Capital structure is to show enterprise various capital value structure and proportion, is long-term liabilities and rights (common stock, especially stock, the retained earnings) distribution. Capital structure whether reasonable will affect the listed company capital controls to perfect and determines the listed company's future. So far, domestic and foreign financial circles on capital structure theory and empirical study many, but until now still exist many differences. Therefore, capital structure of listed companies related question launched thorough research, and has important theoretical and practical significance.
This paper reviewed the capital structure in related problems on the basis of the listed companies in China, describes the capital structure of the present situation, has analyzed the capital structure of listed companies, and empirical analysis of the influence of the capital structure of listed companies, reveals the listed companies in China in the capital structure on the existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding measures.
