关于我国上市公司融资偏好问题的研究

 摘   要
 企业融资是企业财务管理中的一个重要组成部分，不同的融资方式形成不同的融资结构。企业的融资方式不仅影响到企业的长远发展，也会影响资本市场的健康发展。文章首先回顾了国内外关于融资偏好主要研究的历史与现状，并对我国上市公司融资偏好进行实证分析，得出了上市公司融资偏好的特征：我国上市公司以外源融资为主，在外源融资中又以股权融资为主要方式。随后，分析上市公司融资偏好形成的原因和因素，同时对上市公司融资问题提出了相关建议。

Research the financing preference of listed companies

 ABSTRACT
 Financing is an important component in the financial administration of corporations,and different financing ways form different finaneing structures.The financing ways can not only exert an influence on the long-term development of corporations, but can also affect the healthy development of the capital market. First The article reviews the main international financing preference on the history and present situation, and the financing preference of listed companies in the empirical analysis, the financing preference of listed companies feature: My main source of financing other than listed companies, external sources of financing Youyi equity financing as the main way. Subsequently, the analysis of the financing preference of listed companies and the reasons.At the same time , I have some suggestions for listed companies.
