“关中——天水”经济区发展的金融支持研究

摘      要
 为了加快西部地区经济发展， 2009年6月25日国家正式批准了《关中——天水经济区发展规划》，选择西部地区经济人文条件较好的关中、天水地区，组建“关中——天水”经济区，以期打造西部经济新增长极，引领西部新一轮发展。“大关中地区”一直以来都是西北经济发展的龙头，但一直以来受制于一些自然和社会历史因素的制约，本地区的发展和东部发达地区相比还是有较大差距。如何充分抓住本区域规划的历史契机，是本地区经济得以加快发展，成为研究的关键。
 “关中——天水”经济区的建立和发展，对推动西部地区经济发展和西部大开发具有重要意义，思考和探讨“关中——天水”经济区发展的金融支持成为“关中——天水”经济区发展首先要面临的重要课题。本文在探讨金融支持“关中——天水”经济区发展必要性的基础上，针对目前“关中——天水”经济区金融支持存在的问题，从建立地区间的金融协调机制；建立多渠道的企业资金融通体制；完善金融市场体系，创新金融服务方式；加强区域金融基础设施对接；加强金融环境建设；加深信贷结构调整六个方面阐述了金融支持“关中——天水”经济区发展的思路。

The Research of Financial Support for "Guanzhong--Tianshui" Economic Zone

ABSTRACT
 In order to accelerate the western region’s economic development and further promoting the great western development strategy, June 25, 2009 formally approved the country "Guangzhong--Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan", selecting the western region' s economic and cultural conditions better in China, formation of guanzhong--Tianshui economic zone, in order to build the Western New Economic Growth and to lead the Western New Round of development.
 The establishment and development of "Guanzhong--Tianshui" economic zones, It is great significance to promoting economic development in the western region and the western development, thinking and exploring the "Guanzhong--Tianshui" financial support for the Economic Development as Economic District first major task. As the basis of examines the financial support of economic zone, for the current problems in the financial support from the establishment of regional financial coordination mechanism;strengthen the financial environment; deepening structural adjustment credit financial support described "Guanzhong- Tianshui" economic zone development ideas.
