天津港保税区发展策略探讨

摘     要

       经过几十年的发展,我国保税区经济实力得到了不断的增强,已经成为吸引国内外资金的投资促进区、带动区域经济发展的的功能区和我国对外开放的试验区。在这样的背景下，保税区如何进一步健康发展已经成为需要认真思考和回答的问题。天津港保税区作为我国15家保税区之一，也面临两样的问题。
本文在结合国内外学者的研究成果基本上，对天津港保税区在发展过程中遇到的问题及原因进行了深入分析，并提出切实可行的应对措施,希望对天津港保税区的发展有所帮助.

Abstract

After development for decades, the economy in our bonded areas has been enhanced a lot. Bonded areas become promotion areas of attracting both domestic and foreign investment, function zones of regional economic developing, and trial areas of opening-up to the outside. Under the condition, how to develop the bonder areas is a serious question to be answered. Tianjing bonder area, as one of the 15 national bonder areas of China, is in facing with the same problem.
Based on the research of both domestic and abroad experts in this area, this thesis is going to analyze the questions and reasons which was faced by Tianjing bonder area. Some countermeasures are put forward in order to help the healthy development of Tianjing bonder area
