Chain management is a retailing business operation with multiple advantages in which a business group with uniform name and unified management under the centralized control by the same owner performs large-scale management, exerts advantages of groups, practices large-scale operation, enhances economic efficiency, and conforms to the tendency of the world economic integration. In today’s network tide, the traditional retailing should have a constant innovation, and E-commerce is also exploring a means of survival suitable to the present stage of development. The paper gives a detailed analysis on the significance convergence of chain convenience stores and E-commerce from consumers, E-commerce and chain convenience stores, and describes the significance of E-commercialization of chain convenience stores, and points out some such shortcomings as the high cost of small-scale, low degree of information technology, poor infrastructure, lack of qualified personnel, serious credit problems, lack of cooperation with the E-commerce experience. According to the existent problems, we can solve the problems effectively by reducing the e-commerce costs, establishing the scale of operation, training some professionals in the E-commerce.
