The tend of Economic globalization becomes inevitable nowadays. The globalization of the information industry, the openness of the PC production, and the rapid advancement of the network have brought about the prosperity of the IT industry .However, faced with the globalization, it means any of the IT enterprises have to optimize the allocation of resources globally, carry out the globalize manufacture and management, so that they can realize maximize the value of the products and the enterprise .
Under this background, the main goal of this paper focus on expounding the comparison of the Lenovo and Acer’s internationalization management strategy and gets some useful suggestions for international management.The first part mainly introduces the relative definition and theory study about globalization, as well as the reason for choosing the topic and the paper’s structure .The second part and the third part expatiate on the globalization process and experience of Lenovo and Acer respectively . The last part carries on the comparison about Lenovo and Acer’s strategic of international market entry , the brand strategy, the management and the international cooperation ,and finally draw the revelation brought by the Lenovo and Acer’s internationalization management strategy.
