The corporate culture can reflect the core value of the corporate. It is a part of competitive power of the corporate. The construction of corporate culture is an important way to improve the competitive power and plays a big role for transnational operation. That can help to remove the conflict between two kinds of different culture, improve the inner management efficiency and create a global enterprise image for the corporate. Because of the many uncertain elements existing in the transnational operation, culture construction is complex. This paper analyzed the common mistakes in culture construction, such as narrow, limited, conservative and out ways to do this. Haier is a famous enterprise in China and has much valuable experience for us to learn. On the basis of above content some tactics for culture construction in transnational operation were supposed.
