ABSTRACT
After the stage of the rapid growth of the foreign trade , the international trade in Zhejiang and even the whole country both face the severe test.Under the condition , Zhejiang province ,even all the whole country ,should put forward measures to adjust to the new stage of foreign trade. The international trade multiplier of Zhjiang reduces gradually; the economic affectingfunction for exports is dropping.But we should give enough attention to the foreign trade . The economy of benign development does not only dependon the domesticor international market , but should also fully utilize international and domestic markets. Two kinds of resources, through the development of two markets together and industry upgrading, the development of economy of Zhejiang will be promoted. Through the analysis aboutthe real example of the current situation of the development of foreign trade in Zhejiang , it is pointed out that Zhejiang should pay attention to the domestic market and industry upgrading, realize the interactionwith theoverseas market and to drive the development of the whole Zhejiang economy.
