As the rising of economic strength and export products of China, the foreign trade of China developed rapidly, especially the labor intensive industry. At the background of economic globally, the anti-dumping from UN to China is not decreasing because of the entry of China to the WTO, which hindered the developing of foreign trade of China seriously. After the entry to WTO of China, the competition environment of the textile industry is changing. Faced with the strengthening of the other foreign nontariff barriers, such as anti-dumping, the research to avoiding anti-dumping of foreign countries from making normative measures, such as the sequence of competition, plays a significant role in the labor intensive export industry of China. This article take the textile industry in Zhejiang Province as an example, from the concept of the dumping and the anti-dumping to proceed in light of certain enterprises in foreign trade suffered by the status quo of anti-dumping, the use of economics theory to analyze the causes of the current situation and on how to take corresponding countermeasures measures were discussed.
