ABSTRACT
The textile industry as the traditional industries of Shaoxing through decades of development and industrial upgrading several times， to lay its position of the industrial clusters in Shaoxing、national and even global which have become an important pillar of industry revenue of the development of economic and social， to resolve labor and employment， the creation of national. In this article， first of all， through the relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad to understand the domestic and industrial clusters of the latest theoretical achievements， and consolidate the theoretical knowledge of the industry cluster. Second review of Shaoxing textile industry clusters related to the history and current situation， focus on the status of textile industry cluster in order to arrive at the question of its existence. And then the structure of industrial clusters and enterprises come to conduct a study analyzing the existence of Shaoxing textile industry cluster in a range of issues， Shaoxing hindered the overall competitiveness of the textile industry upgrading. Finally， the issues raised by the existence of effective measures.
