Abstract: For a long time, a lot of experts explored on the women’s character, especially on the thought of women. The new thoughts of women in the new era come from the women’s liberation of 18 century. From then the woman began to explore the history of independent thinking of their own. They also pursue the same rights as men and have the more inner psychological liberation constantly. However, not all women has this kind of advanced ideas. Some women still follow the old path. This thesis describes four major women in the famous novel of the Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen; deepen the understanding of the women’s inner world in 18th century, which helps to learn other women novels better.
