ABSTRACT
This paper first expounds the definition of business reception and its development. To understand the importance of business reception in business activities and the position in company’s project. Second this paper will combine some real instances to analyze the detailed difference reflected in business reception, for instance, different view of social states, business banquet,the role and value of women in business reception, and send gifts. At last this paper gives a brief analysis of China and America’s traditional culture and history and gives a brief understanding of the different view to the world and value. This is helpful to understand the differences appeared in business reception. By the means of research, know the impacts from cultural difference to business reception, then to make a better plan of business which adapt to visitors, at the same time it will help receptionists overcome the cultural barriers in work.
