Abstract
Business culture is the result of the commodity economy and the market economy. The so-called business culture, representing the method the company is using for the achievement of its unique purpose, is managing philosophy of arts in a company. This article aims to analyze and adjust conflicts between American culture and Chinese culture, expecting to enforce the mutual understanding of the two different cultures by the business conductors in China and America, and to be helpful for Chinese company business culture construction.
