There are always differences in English study between individual middle school students. Now that the connatural intellectual factors are unchangeable, non-intellectual factors play an important role in English study. This article analyzes the why and the how students differ from each other. The author attempts to seek proper ways to promote students’ English proficiency.
With the innovation of Chinese educational system, quality-oriented education becomes more and more important and necessary. This article combines middle school students’ individualities with English quality-oriented education to realize qualified English education in middle schools.
