Abstract: The rural area grassroots party organization is the important force which impels the reform and opening up and the modernization of our rural area. The status of the rural area grassroots party organization related to the development of the rural area directly. Advancing the reform of the rural area, the development, stability and the comprehensive progress, and constructing the socialism new rural area has to strengthen the construction of the rural area grassroots party organization. The grassroots party organization in the construction of the new rural area plays an important core of leadership role. It must adjust measures to local conditions and determine the development mentality according to the different rural area situation. The grassroots party organization must adapt to the new situation according to new situation of the rural work and the new request of the rural work. It should innovate unceasingly and open own new mentality.
