Abstract: While our nation is now doing the best to construct the affluent society, one problem becomes more and more discordant or obvious. it is the problem about agriculture, countryside and peasants that is brief-called “Three-nong Problem”. This problem has caused much attention from the government and academic circles because it does great matter to the target of affluent society for our nation. My text below is focus on this problem that starts with analyzing the current phenomena and serious troubles then reveals the utmost root of this problem. Further more, the text suggests some methods in details that can solve this difficult problem. for example, the government should cultivate the peasants to make them qualified for constructing the better rural area, adjust the agricultural development structure, ensure the quality of farm products making the agriculture a real industry, transfer the charges to taxes for peasants to alleviate the their burden also augment their income making them more active or passionate on their labor. In addition, the government should adopt the policies to transform the lagging rural area to advanced town or city, encourage the peasants to go to city and make a living there. Also it is must for government to protect the rights of peasants. Of course, the methods that mentioned above are not enough. We have to do much more. And I believe with our efforts, we can surely solve this difficult problem.
