ABSTRACT
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the core factor of production. Along with the science and technology and the rapid economic development, human capital more and more attention. Knowledge-worker bearing knowledge, skills, information, technology, is the enterprise value, is the main creator enterprise's important resources. At the same time, the concept of working people and between enterprise competition intensifies, makes the flow of knowledge-based employees increasingly frequent. Because they are in the enterprise occupies important position, the loss will bring great loss. Therefore, how to effectively solve the problem of the knowledge-type employees loss has caused wide public concern.
The paper discusses the characteristics and the drain knowledge-based employees, non-ferrous metal industry, and the specific situation of the way through questionnaires to influence factors of knowledge-based staff satisfaction sorting, determine their loss is the key element of the compensation system, thus will focus on the improvement of the compensation system.
Finally, through the examples of nonferrous metals enterprise, a new measurement method of knowledge-based employees value compensation system design in the application.
