ABSTRACT
Logistics is one kind of logistics model based on the sustainable development thought and aimed the Pursue of friendly environment and the resource conservation. It conforms to the demand of development in the modern society and the benefit of human survival and development，so it will lead the direction and trend of the logistic development.
The paper analyzes the original background of the Green Logistics and the Present situation of its research. It analyzes the importance of the green strategy of two essential links in the logistics enterprises , and systematically proposed the green strategy of storing, the green strategy of transportation. Then analyze the Present situation of Logistics to Xin’an logistics, Discover its non一green factors of the link of logistics. In the above foundation, the paper systematically put forward the implementation measure of logistics being green to Xin’an logistics. In order to have the value of reference to the implement of the green logistics in the logistics enterprises of our country.
