摘 要
企业的竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争。公司的发展壮大离不开人才,人才直接关系到企业人力资源的形成,有效的人才选拔工作不仅可以提高员工素质、改善人员结构,也可以注入新的管理思想、为组织增添新的活力,甚至可以能给企业带来技术、管理上的重大革新。所以人才的选拔是非常重要的过程。人才选拔在企业人力资源管理工作中具有重要意义。本文通过对人才选拔含义、人才选拔途径和方法介绍现阶段中小企业人才选拔问题及解决方法,能够为企业选拔到合适的人才,提供了一个科学的依据。
