ABSTRACT
With the development of social economy and progress of the science and technology, professional change and flowability are obviously strengthened, the quality to employees of the society demands to improve day by day, talent's market competition is intensifying constantly too. Admimistration of knowledge, virtually the administration of manpower resource, is the core of administration of modern enterprises. If improper management will lead to back of coherence among staff, loss of person with ability, lose of enterprise competitiveness, and even wash out of the market Then loss rate of staff is generally high, averagely about 25%. This instability may bring negative impact on work enthusiasm and ascription feel, also is disadvantage to the stable growth of enterprise. Plan and management on career in enterprises' employees are ingredient in enterprises' management. This article mainly discusses the design and management of staff's career and points out that an enterprise can achieve it's own aim through the way of helping it's staff to accomplish their aims at developing their own careers. Finally to get the double effects simultaneously .It is only the combination of the person's aim and the enterprise's aim that can promote the development of the enterprise and make the individual be successful. This paper offers some operation suggestions and methods in aspects of its significance development, content and implementation.
