ABSTRACT
Work analysis is the most basic work of and the basis for HR development and management,through which various works of enterprise and government can be done,therefore,it lays foundation for organizational structure and design and it is a crucial preparation work and foundation and guidance for HR work, only by doing the work analysis and design, can HR work gain integrated, sustainable development and give support to various enterprise/government functions, such as encouragement , control , adjustment and development.
Based on the principles of HR job analysis, the thesis analyzes and diagnoses the open issues of company’s sales department HR management. After that, the thesis designs and implements a plan of HR job analysis by using related theories of job analysis. Also, this research thesis concludes a complete set of job specifications,which help to use the outcomes of job analysis to achieve some notable management goals.
The disadvantages of the study lie in it only chooses one typical office to make analytical study due to large work volume, without doing analysis for all positions in the all fields,which leads to limitation and unilateralism in terms of some judgment; meanwhile,there isn’t enough forward looking content and isn’t standard for performance in the work introduction,all of which deserve to be improved.
