ABSTRACT
As the enterprise cultural management stage goes forward, people realize that the organizational culture is vital to the enterprise, and it is an unnegligent part to the sustainable development of the enterprise. The compensation system, a powerful tool in realizing the strategic goal of the enterprise, assures the enforcement of the organizational culture.
This paper begins with an organizational culture transfer, explores the request of the compensation design based on organizational culture.
Study One is about organizational culture diagnosis. We chosen one company from Shanghai as sample, used a quantified tool based on Quinn’s work. Based on the diagnosis result, we established a transformation model for the company which included four phases: goal orientation; regulation orientation; support orientation and innovation orientation.
Study Two is about the compensation structure design. We choose an appropriate compensation model to reflect the organizational cultural orientation of the enterprise, construct a standard post system, establish the compensation structure and put forward the main point of the follow-up work which is the professional development construction of the staff.
