Human Resource Management as a powerful tool can help enterprises attain competition advantage and achieve strategic target.In the whole system of Human Resource Management,Performance Management plays a very important role.
Key performance indicator can measure the effect of the actualization of strategy.It aims to establish a mechanism which can transform the strategy into internal control processes and activities.KPI system is an advanced strategic performance management method.A scientifically designed KPI system can transfer strategic intention and strategic emphases of the enterprises,and guide the behavior of the employees.Enterprises can achieve ideal performance result andoperation goal.
