ABSTRACT
With the coming of economic integration, the range of competition among companies extends rapidly. Human resource management has been a major factor to improve company’s competitive power. The design of the system of the compensition, but the job evaluation is a part of it, it’s very important of human resource. In the face of human resource management, how to set up one set and suitable for enterprise’s oneself job evaluation system of the position, and can implement, make the good result smoothly in enterprises all the time, there are many kinds of method and way of solving the problem till now, but each there are its advantages and disadvantages.
This paper chooses a medium-sized company zhejiang yinlun co. ltd. as the real example target, analyses the question existing in its human resources management, especially current job evaluation. On this basis, combine zhejiang yinlun co. ltd. Characteristic company of oneself and the direction of development strategic, use job evaluation system go on research and design, have use the point system to appraise to some position value of company among them.
The paper is divide into five parts , the first part is job evaluation to think; second part it’s overview and manpower resources management current situation analyses to company; the third part have designed and implemented job evaluation in actual conditions of company, used the balanced scorecard’s four ways to discurebed the strategic; the fourth part is the result of job evaluation and make comparison, and what can be used with the evaluation results; the fifth part is concluding remarks, with the conclusion of the paper, and the part is need to improve.
