ABSTRACT
Concentrating on Human Capital's investment and its risk, this thesis makes an introduction of the theory of Human Capital, and analyses the influencing factors of Human Capital's investment risk from the aspects of investment and forming process of Human Capital, and puts forward tactics to deal with Human Capital's invest:: ent :isk. This thesis consists of four pies as the F}llcwin}:
The first part introduces the initiation and development of the theca of Human Capital, the recent researches in western theory of Human Capital, the conception and characteristics of Human Capital, as well as its important positionin economic development.
The conception and features of Human Capital investment, with its significant importance, are firstly introduced in part two, its process of investment and forminare also researched, and at last, the current condition and existing problems of Chinese Human Capital's investment are analyzed.
The third part mainly expounds the conception, types and influencing factors of Human Capital's investment risk.
The fourth part starts with the introduction of several approaches of the aspects puts forward some measures to avoid the investment risk of Human Capital, last presents several practical methods to control it.
