Building on the Pay Incentive Mechanism of Hebei Tianhua Accounting Firms
Abstract
The advent of globalization makes accounting of increasingly competitive.CPA is the knowledge-intensive enterprises,and the carrier of knowledge is person,so the Human resources is the most important chips between the accounting firms.The pay system is important in human resources management section.Establishing a science of pay system can be an important means to inspire staff .And also can be attracting and keeping talent, arousing the enthusiasm of the internal CPA,making the firm in a dominant position.
This article from existing pay theory and incentive theory, combined with case studies. Focusing on the analysis about the remuneration incentive mechanism of Hebei Tianhua accounting firms,and combined with theoretical knowledge and strive to improve its pay mode.Allowing it to maximize the potential of staff motivation,stable personnel,strengthening the competitiveness of enterprise.
