The enterprise middle managers drive the Question research——Take the sunlight group as the example Abstract
As market competition intensified, human resource, as the kernel competitive ability of the enterprises, has become the focus since the beginning of this century. There is no way around the fact that middle managers, the backbone of enterprises, will play a progressively important role in the future. Thus, enterprises must encourage middle managers and excavate their inherent potentiality to the maximizing limit so that they can work positively and efficiently.
Based on the incentive theory and the related literatures and according to the method of empirical study, this paper acknowledges the demand information of middle managers by analyzing the survey result whether or not the sunshine group employees are satisfied. Then according to the results of the analysis, this paper summarizes four demand characteristics and accordingly advises enterprises to take steps to motivate middle managers mainly by bonus, training, work and culture, and by emotion additionally.
