Abstract
When information was not so clear, information of customers and suppliers is mostly under control of certain trade enterprises. They took up this information advantage to buy the goods at low prices while selling them with quote high prices. When the information is relatively clear, these enterprises would no longer gain such information advantages. In order to sustain and attract more customers, they have to create more effective measures and improve their service quality to enhance their customer value. This article mainly discussed the improvement of the service value and figure value of the trade service provided by the trade enterprises. There are two good measures: Electric Commerce and modern Logistics. Trade enterprises can provide more competitive services according to the customers’ demand when implementing these two improvements.
