In recent years, the development of legal firms in scale has been encouraged by departments concerned, and gradually become a spotlight after China's entry into the WTO. When concerned parties probe into something or pay visit to legal firms, they will unexceptionally select firms of large scale. “Enlargement",“Development in Scale" & “Win-win Cooperation” seem to be the development target and trends of legal firms. Medium-sized a legal firm as we are, we often are confronted with some bewilderment in building up our own management system and framing strategies.
Recalling the four-year development, Huaruixing has experienced ups and downs, including successful probe and some unsuccessful attempt. Despite that we are still adopting primary management system in reality thus far, all partners in this firm persist in maintaining a scientifically advanced management mode, so as to realize professionalism and explore new markets, as well as build up a reasonable distribution mode. However, this will be no easy task, coz there are obstacles from the present distribution & management system. Thereby, outstanding cooperative partners as we are, we have to select something and abandon some others after thorough consideration. The situation now is: China has already entered the World Trade Organization, while HK & Macau have also had faster and more aggressive paves entering mainland's legal markets, differentiating from what it used to be "Designing Spectators". Making no progress at this moment means stepping backwards! Frankly, what stops Huaruixing from better development now is the inner management system itself! Thereby, how to build up an advanced management system is prior among the problems we are confronted with.
