Abstract
Many company′s management foundation is weak, the management performance is simplify talking about performance to performance, and becoming a simplicity tool to evaluate employee′s accomplishment, not from strategic of height to help the business enterprise to build up an outstanding management system, but to make the performance management become formalistic. The strategic purpose lies in total performance to promote, so the management is to break through the performance promoting from the strategy, making the strategic project more operability, slicing actually the tool of promoting the business enterprise execution.
