Abstract
Nowadays, there is great prosperity in the real estate market. As the focus of the country, it means too much temptation and attraction. However, the consist rising price of housing brings the citizen the pressure of survival. Even if the government takes measures, trying to press the price of housing, little effect can be seen. Housing price is a hot topic while sales management is the key point of this hot topic.
By analyzing the case of Agile in Guangdong, this thesis makes research in sales planning, sales personnel and sales management, and summarizes the success and failure experience in every aspect of real estate sales management. It explores a series of workable management methods, and provides a series of scientific operating modes for the real estate enterprise, so as to make some improvement for the supply and demand condition of real estate market. The overall price level of housing can be acceptable to the common people and consumers if the resources can be allocated reasonably. The thesis makes deep research in field of sales management, which was ignored before, and hopes to give some suggestion for the forward development of real estate business in our country.
