Abstract
The people-oriented management philosophy is one of the four basic management philosophies. In a people-oriented management system, the education level and psychological quality of the decision-makers are the key of effective management. The core of modern management is the selection and use of talents, and the fundamental purpose of management is to serve the people. The application of people-oriented management philosophy in the management practice proves that it is scientific and the proper application of people-oriented management will bring good result to the management work.
First of all, this thesis makes a discussion over the people-oriented management mode and compares it with the object-oriented management mode, followed by an analysis on the fundamental meaning of people-oriented perspective
Then starting from a study on the function of people-oriented management mode in the management of social organizations, this thesis makes an in-depth analysis on the scientific effect of people-oriented management mode in the development of theoretical research in the management circle as well in the management practice.
Finally, this thesis fully discusses on how to establish and improve people-oriented management mode by comparing the Chinese humanities and cultures with the western humanities and cultures.
