Abstract
In the cross - cultural business communication, East and west people often come across cultural conflicts because of cultural accumulation, different cognitive styles and ways of thinking. After China’s access to WTO, this country has witnessed a much rapid growth in economic and technological exchange with outside world. Interpretation, as an important means in pres playing an important role in bridging their distance. The frequent business cooperation generated a huge demand in domestic business interpreters. Interpretation, a bridge in cross-cultural communication, poses a series of chall consciousness is imperative. And it emphasizes that the interpreter can make use of implicit as well as explicit way to cultivate and construct his cross – cultural consciousness in order to gil business.
