摘要 本文研究了从中药伸筋草中水提石杉碱甲的最佳提取工艺。以中药伸筋草为原料,石杉碱甲提取量的吸光值为检测指标,通过一系列的单因素试验,讨论了伸筋草中提取石杉碱甲的水提工艺条件,考察了石杉碱甲的提取温度、提取时间、提取液酸浓度和提取溶液体积对石杉碱提取量的影响;同时还研究了不同种类的萃取剂在伸筋草提取液萃取过程中对石杉碱甲提取量的影响。结果表明:从伸筋草中水提石杉碱甲的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为60℃,酸水浓度为0.3%,提取时间为2h,提取液体积为200ml;其最佳的检测萃取剂是乙醚。
