The Research of R&V Strategic Alliance Based on The Integration of Virtual and Realistic Resources
Abstract: The essay begins with the backgrounds and significances of the R&V Strategic Alliance by applying the theories of Management and Economics, especially in the area of Public Management, Cultural Management and Cultural Economics. Via using the methods of Reference Review, Comparation and Case Study, we carefully analysed the definitions, development processes and classic cases of "virtual resource", "real resources" and "strategic alliances" and other related concepts in the R&V Strategic Alliance based on the virtual and realistic resources. Then, we compared the research object with the traditional strategic alliances and the model of "B2B", "B2C", "C2C" to determine a creative definition of the R&V Strategic Alliance, summarize its characteristics and classify its types. The essay also predict the potential prospects with some inspirations we learned in the end.
