RESEARCH ON THE BUSINESS STRATEGY OF
WHITE HORSE LAKE ECO-CREATIVE CITY
ABSTRACT: Cultural and creative industry is one of the development direction of the new economy in the new century. In this background,hangzhou government proposed that hangzhou should should be built to be the center of Chinese cultural and creative industries,with culture, pioneering and environmental fusion.White horse lake eco-creative city is one of hangzhou’s ten creative cultural districts,its characteristic is the fusion of creativity,culture,ecological environment,economy and urban-rural construction.SOHO is the typical pattern with this feature,SOHO creative district is the center of the construction of White horse lake eco-creative city.If this pattern can be applied successfully ,as well as be perfected gradually,and it forms real creative economy with characteristics,then it will have great economic benefits and social benefits.Besides, White horse lake eco-creative city also have a famous project, Cartoon square.Now,the first phase of the project have completed, the second phase is being built.The creative district can improve its awareness by the brand effect of Cartoon square. Currently, the project directors must pay attention to the integration of different projects, at the same time ,draw up a feasible , detailed business strategy. What's more,they should implement and perfect the strategy. Eventually, White horse lake eco-creative city will build a complete industral chain with its distinctive characteristics
