ABSTRACT
Since the 1990s, competion has been fiercer and fiercer day by day due to the fast advancement of techology, productivity and social economy as well as the rapid pace of theintergrating of global economy and the constant change of consumer demand. It is just under thisbackground that the model of supply chain management arises, which emphasizes that theenterprises create their own core capabilities and establish the strategical partnership so as to focusenergy on developing their own core business to win the advantage of compitition and realizecommon profit. Seen from the depiction above, the performance, even the survival and developmentof the whole supply chain relies on the partnership of estabishing, protecting and developing. s.Olver began in a simple clothing shop in German, and with in 30 years an internationally successfulcompany had been created. This article is study in the current supply chain management of s.oliver, also make a summary with their AX system, and then give some effective suggestion accordingly.
