Abstract
The worldwide soaring beer production volume has brought about a huge beer packing market in recent years and glass bottle packing has taken about 70% market share. However, glass bottle packing has many disadvantages such as high breakage rate in bottle cleaning, bottle filling and transportation, high transportation cost and high loading and unloading cost, and hidden safety danger etc. Therefore, beer packing manufacturers have put great efforts in the research and the development of PEN materials, the production of multi-walls bottles of high obstruction, and PET materials painting etc. And great accomplishments have been achieved. Beer plastic packing could reduce the cost in transportation and bottle cleaning etc. and increase production efficiency, which would become more and more popular in the world and PET bottle might gradually take the place of glass bottles in the near future. In order to fit the beer industrial development, it’s extremely urgent and near to take the lead in exploiting PET beer bottle’s equipment.
The thesis has five sections, the chapter 1 is introduction. In chapter 2 we introduced the present situation of beer packing, furthermore, we make sure that developing the market of PET beer packing is very beneficial. In chapter 3 we expound the conclusion of this investigation and study, and analysis the good and bad points of PET beer packing, besides, we compose the feasibility report. The chapter 4 we study the equipment present situation and tendency of PET beer packing, in addition, we analysis domestic and foreign technology and equipment of PET beer packing. In chapter 5 we summary the achievement of the investigation and study, and make sure the using of PET beer.
