The Research of the Package Laws of the Domestic and the Oversea
Abstract
This article elaborated the necessity of package legislation, carried on the contrastive analysis of package laws of the domestic and the oversea, pointed out the package administer standard differences as well as the green barrier to trade due to the differences of the package laws of the domestic and the oversea; the research also proposed several possible ways on which our country should carry about the legislation work and how corporations should deal when they face the above problems. The aim of this study is to absorb the attention of the society and the relevant government departments on the importance and urgency of establishing and improving package laws, to provide informations for relevant departments when they research and make package laws. By accelerating package legislation, establishing and improving the package laws system, to solve the problems of package reject and excessive package, to weaken the potential effects due to the differences in package laws concerning the green barrier to trade, to protect national resources and environment, to promote the sustainable development of the package industry, to promote the sustainable development of the country’s economy.
